The production process of FORMA SHELVING begins with the careful selection of natural wood veneer sheets, chosen for their quality, texture, and consistency. Once prepared, the veneer is pressed and bonded onto MDF panels using high-pressure techniques to ensure durability and a flawless finish. The thicker 40 mm side panels integrate a lightweight honeycomb core made from recycled materials, combining structural stability with reduced weight. After pressing, each component is precisely processed using cutting and edge banding machines, ensuring accuracy and a seamless finish throughout the shelving system. The final step consists of varnishing the natural wood veneer to enhance and protect its finish.
